I’m a beginning farmer growing crops in south of the metro in Goodhue county. I intend to sell some of my produce at Farmers markets and a local Coop in the Twin Cities. My focus is taking high quality organic seeds, use organic and sustainable fertilization, and only use OMRI-certified chemicals at a minimal level. For 2024, I am selling a lemongrass, specialty garlic, onions, and dehydrated pepper powders.

Distribution

Produce will be sold at Twin Cities Farmers Markets during the summer months into early fall. As someone starting out, I am open to new avenues to sell product including Coops and local grocers additionally.

Business Experience

I’m an avid urban gardener transitioning to farming for the first year in 2024.
