We offer USDA approved beef and pork. We offer individual cuts as well as providing boxed beef. Popular cuts include hamburger, steaks, roasts sausage, bacon and pork chops. We can provide beef and pork to grocery stores, restaurants, food trucks and schools.

We deliver beef within 90 mile radius. Serving most of south central Minnesota. We will deliver direct to schools, stores or restaurants. We can also ship our products.
Business Experience
We are a 4 generation farm and have been providing wholesale beef for 20 years. In 2020 we started selling retail beef and added pork, chicken and eggs and 2025. We have provided beef to local schools for their Farm to Table program.
