We aggregate products from a Poultry-Centered Regenerative Agroforestry model from a system level where workers and farmers are treated fairly, animal welfare is important, and land is getting restored to nature’s bounty. Our main output is chicken, ranging outdoor on forages, amongst hazelnut bushes. Currently operating alongside 13 farmers, on approximately 400 acres of land. We sell to restaurants, schools, retailers and value-added processors.

Distribution
Our products are frozen and are available in retail or wholesale (bulk) packaging. We deliver to many parts of the metro, and use a refrigerated courier for anywhere outside our delivery zone. There are no minimum or maximum quantities required. We utilize Ron Mar Foods and the Good Acre to distribute our products, currently. We’ve used FedEx and Spee-dee for frozen shipments out-of-state.

Our model has been in development for 15 years, formalized in 2015, and finalized in 2022! We’ve been selling to the wholesale market since 2016, starting with Just Food Co-op in Northfield! We now sell to Seward Co-ops, Mississippi Market, People’s Food Co-op, Union Hmong Kitchen, just to name a few! Our specialty is high quality, delicious and nutritious chicken, frames and organs.
