We grow 16 varieties of microgreens year-round, many of which are sold in our custom blends. Microgreens is primarily a wholesale business but also offers it to caterers and restaurants. We use indoor, vertical growing, and organic compost as the growing medium. The plants are harvested after 9-10 days of growth and packaged for retail. Grown in Zumbrota, MN.

Microgreens are packaged in either 1.3 oz. or 2oz. clamshells. Case size is 24 units either size. Shelf life is 2 weeks. Labels have barcodes, best buy date and farm contact information. Labels are also coded with color bars, different color for each product. Multiple varieties of microgreens: Pea Shoots, Sunflower Shoots, Just Broccoli and two custom blends: Classy Classic, Zesty Mix.
