We are Ross and Ashley, and we are farmers dedicated to changing the way Minnesotans see their food. This is why we created The Bluffs, a 480-acre farm nestled along the Sauk River in the heart of central Minnesota. There we use 100% grass-fed Scottish Highlander beef and pasture-raised pork, lamb, chicken, and turkey to create food that’s better for Minnesota!

Distribution

We offer wholesale prices on retail cuts (MN Inspected), or offer great deals on quarters, halves, and wholes. Beef is available year-round. Lamb, pork, and turkey are available during the fall. Chicken and chickens eggs are available during the summer and fall. We deliver straight to your business, dependent on the quantity of meat ordered.

Business Experience

We currently supply a health store with their beef products, but are interested in expanding our wholesale market by supplying beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and turkey to additional health food or grocery stores and local restaurants. We raise high-quality, flavorful meat that heals the earth, and we want to help connect Minnesotans to better-for-you food!
