It means raised without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics used to speed growth. It means all organic or transition-to-organic grains. It means dry aging. It means quality processing and packaging without any phthalates or other harmful chemicals. Pork is our main wholesale product since it is significantly higher quality than the other options, but with a small difference in price. Our goal is to make a truly pasture-raised, heritage-breed product economically viable for everyone in the Twin Cities & across Minnesota.

Fresh pork is available wkly, processed to order. (We deliver pork on the half or boxed.) We also offer organically-spiced cured sausages, long-smoked thick-cut bacon and deli meats. Dry-aged, 100% grass-fed beef & slow-growth chicken are available seasonally &/or frozen. We deliver primarily through Coop Partners Warehouse in Minneapolis. We also have options for direct courier service to locations across Minnesota.

TC Farm was founded in 2010 & has grown significantly since then. We are a collection of over two dozen very small farms serving over 350 direct-to-consumer CSAs and multiple wholesale accounts with wkly deliveries. All our meat is processed in a locally-owned, state inspected butcher shop. We are the primary pork supplier for Lakewinds Natural Foods & support other wholesale accounts as well.
