We are a family-owned Minnesota gourmet mushroom farm located in North Branch, MN. We officially started Specialty Spores in August 2021 and currently are expanding our production focusing on quality and consistency. We supply restaurants, markets and individuals with fresh high-quality mushrooms cultivated at our farm year-round. Other mushroom products sold include mushroom jerky, other dried mushrooms and dual extraction medicinal tinctures.

Distribution

We deliver fresh mushrooms directly twice a week to our wholesale customers. Retail orders including fresh mushrooms, mushroom jerky, mushroom dual extraction tinctures currently are sold at farmers markets or ordered via email request and we schedule a pickup location or shipped if applicable.

Business Experience

With decades of experience prior to starting up Specialty Spores, LLC we have officially been selling to both wholesale and retail markets focusing on the restaurant industry. Some of our existing clients named are Stella’s, The Fort, Intercontinental Hotel, St. Paul Hotel, Hewing Hotel and Bar La Grassa to name a few.
