We are a family owned and operated business where we grow our own grains that we mill. Some of the grains that are used in the mill are certified organic, but all of the grains are grown with organic practices. Grains are tested at a USDA facility before being used in the mill. We like to work with people who are interested in eating healthy, whether that be an individual wanting to bake at home or a restaurant wanting to serve the best flour they can.

Distribution

We are open to working with shipping or delivery options for customers depending on the size of order and the distance from our farm/mill. This will be worked out on a case by case basis. The more we can sell in a geographic area the more likely we are to have lower delivery costs. As of now, we have just worked with USPS for shipping longer distances.

Business Experience

Peter has been farming for over 20 years, transitioned some acres to organic beginning in 2019. The flour mill started operating in 2023, selling to individuals and talking with bakeries and cafe’s. Our specialty is ancient grains, such as Einkorn and Emmer wheat berries.
