Sandhill Mills is a farmer-owned stone milling business that offers a range of products for home bakers, professional kitchens, and wholesale partners. Products we offer include whole wheat flour, sifted flour, specialty flours, and wheat berries for baking, cooking, or home milling. Our products are available through local pick-up locations, select retailers, and direct ordering.

Our store shelf ready flour is packaged in 2.5 lb. and/or 5 lb. bags. We offer bulk flour for restaurants, schools, bakeries, etc. in 30 lb. pails with sealed lids. Delivery available in certain areas.

Business Experience

Peter has been farming for 24 years, raising livestock and growing crops. We started selling flour wholesale for the first time in 2025 on local store shelves. We specialize in ancient and heritage grains, stone milling the flour.
