Business Experience
We have been raising bison since 1992 and began selling meat in 2003. All meat is USDA inspected. Our first customer was a restaurant who continues to use our bison. We sell to other restaurants and as well as schools. Numerous retail customers. Gail has worked in in the food service industry for over five decades.
