Redhead Creamery produces artisan, farmstead cheeses made on our family dairy farm in central Minnesota. We offer a range of handcrafted cheeses for wholesale, supplying grocery, retail, restaurants, and distributors throughout the region. Our cheeses are made in small batches with a focus on quality, consistency, and responsible on-farm production.

We deliver and ship wholesale orders year-round across Minnesota and select regional markets. Orders can be picked up on farm, delivered locally, or shipped via UPS or distribution partners. Minimums vary by cheese type and season. We offer regular availability of core products with expanding seasonal and limited-batch options for retailers and food service buyers.
Business Experience
We have been producing farmstead cheeses since 2014 and supplying wholesale partners across Minnesota and the upper Midwest. Our cheeses are carried by grocery and specialty retailers, restaurants, regional distributors, and food service accounts. We have experience with consistent fulfillment, seasonal production planning, and specialty items tailored to wholesale demand (i.e. gluten free battered cheese curds).
