Minnesota Grown Proud Member logo

Our roots go back to the early 1900’s. Grandpa started fattening cattle on prairie grasses and grains of the mid-west along the Redwood River. Locally fed and processed, our hand selected beef, pork and lamb are available for wholesale, and in our retail store. We are known for our specialty smoked products and high quality cuts of meat. Our secret recipes are what makes us really stand out.

Insurance

$2 million – $2.9 million

Distribution

We offer delivery to local companies as needed. We are willing to look into shipping options as well. We do have a 25 pound minimum on all orders.

Business Experience

Tony has been farming cattle all of his life growing up on his family farm. Prairie Meats Inc. has been in business since 2017 and is now operating out of a newly built building totally customized to the needs of a top-quality butcher shop. We’re currently private labeling for several local companies. We also distribute our product to grocery stores in the metro area and our local Cub Foods.
