Popple Tree Creek Farms is a veteran-owned, family-run elderberry farm and maker. We steward 35 acres in northern Minnesota and craft small-batch syrup, teas, and freeze-dried berries and more from 100% American elderberries—fresh-pressed, never imported or from concentrate. We sell online, at regional farmers markets/festivals, and to select retailers/wholesale. Your purchase supports U.S. farmers and rural jobs.
