Since 1914, Kemps has been delighting families throughout the upper Midwest with wholesome and delicious dairy products. We started as a small creamery in Southeastern MN. Over the years we have grown quite a bit, and today are the largest dairy producer in the midwest and 100% farmer owned by (DFA). At Kemps we produce fresh milk, ice cream, frozen yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, and frozen novelties.

Distribution

We work both direct to accounts and with distributors across the central region for the distribution of our products. Products are made daily and shipped out daily to customers. We are proud to have a sales team that works directly with retailers, schools and restaurants for our products, information and business services.

Business Experience

Kemps has been making dairy products in the midwest since 1914. We work with retailers, foodservice and schools across this central region. We strive to be involved in the communities we serve. The majority of our products are produced here in MN at our fluid plant in Mpls, cultured plant in Farmington, and frozen plant in Rochester.
