We specialize in Heirloom vegetables. I have grown, saved seed, and tried new seeds over the last 10+ years. This spring we put up our first high tunnel to extend our growing season. Our customers return year after year for my tomatoes, vegetables, beef, chicken and eggs. We also sell pork in limited quantities. We encourage pre-orders with dates needed on meat products, as we sell out every year. We believe in growing for both our vegetables and meats without the use of added chemicals. Our beef is grass fed on pasture (antibiotics only when necessary). Our broiler chickens (whole) are raised on transitional feed (GMO- and antibiotic-free). They have a fenced in pasture area. Our eggs are free range also on transitional feed. We have over 200 acres of farm land and my vegetable area is approximately 1/2 acre. Distribution
I will be delivering every Wednesday this summer and fall to Maple Grove with Heirloom tomatoes for Seeds of Faith Farm. Delivery to your restaurant in the central, north or western Twin Cities area is available on that day.
Business Experience
I have been a small scale grower of Heirloom vegetables for over 10 years. Over the last 3-4 years our growth has been exceptional. I am a full-time farmer this year. I have sold at farmers markets in the St. Cloud area and MN Street Market in St. Joseph MN. This is my first year working with Seeds of Faith Farm as a grower.
