In-Cider Orchard is a family owned and operated apple orchard selling 45 unique cider apple varieties to hard cider makers, distillers and wineries. Our apples are harvested at their peak of ripeness and stored in a refrigerated cooler building. Apples are sold either as whole fresh apples or as juice. Juice orders are pressed on-site, in our custom built apple processing building, prior to being frozen in our on-site freezer.

Apples and juice are contracted for using a written agreement between our orchard and the customer. Apples can be ordered from 100s to 10,000s of lbs., while juice (frozen) can be ordered from 5 to 1,000s of gal. Orders can be picked up at the orchard or delivered to your location. Apples are shipped in 20 bu bins holding about 800 lbs, juice is packaged in containers sized to fit the ordered quantity. We start taking orders in Jan for the fall harvest.
Business Experience
Orchard operations began in 2020, when several hundred apple trees were planted. We now have thousands of trees in the orchard and will top out at over 4,200 trees and produce over 500,000 lbs. of apples. We sell our whole apples and juice, directly to end users in bulk form and at discount pricing. Our primary sales region is Minnesota and Wisconsin, but with the development of our frozen juice products we can ship anywhere in the United States.
