Hugh’s Gardens LLC is a 100% certified organic storage and packing facility that works with small potato farmers from Red River Valley region to store, wash, pack, and market their potatoes. We sell red, yellow, russet, and purple potatoes fresh to distributors, schools, restaurants, and stores throughout the Upper Midwest from September-May. We only work with certified organic produce and we are also USDA GAP certified.

Distribution
We ship once weekly to the Twin Cities area via Schill Trucking out of St. Cloud. A minimum order of 2,000# is appreciated, but we will try as hard as possible to accommodate orders of any size. Coop Partners Warehouse and Russ Davis have been two consistent customers of Hugh’s Gardens for years.
Business Experience
Bjorn Solberg, the current owner, began working at Hugh’s Gardens in 2016 and purchased the business from the late Hugh Dufner in spring of 2019. Dufner had been growing/operating his certified organic business since the late 80s. Solberg is proud to carry on the legacy of Hugh by supporting small farms and increasing healthy food access. We are proud to supply institutions such as Coop Partners Warehouse and Minneapolis Public Schools.
