We grow our produce at our farm, a 155 acre incubator and research farm where we practice sustainable agricultural techniques. We have a food safety plan that governs our practices and have over $4 million in liability insurance. We also train our farmers on good agricultural practices and post-harvest handling to make sure the fruits and vegetables are safe and of the highest quality.

$3 million or more

Distribution

We deliver anything that is requested for. We do deliveries mostly on Thursdays. Please contact for our full list of produce.

Business Experience

One of the ways we help our farmers is to aggregate their produce (like a food hub) and sell the fresh produce to major retailers, institutions, and restaurants. For the past three years, we have sold our farmer produce to Bon Appetit (Best Buys corporate cafeteria and Carleton College); the Minneapolis Public Schools, Lunds and Byerlys, Saint Paul Ramsey County Head Start programs and many other places.
