At Ferndale Market, we raise turkeys in much the same way that our family has since 1939, when our founders – Fern and Dale Peterson – started our farm in Cannon Falls, MN. Our birds are free-range, raised without antibiotics and naturally processed. We offer a full line of turkey products-from whole birds to burgers and sausages. Our turkey is available at our on-farm market in Cannon Falls, as well as natural food retailers throughout the state.

$1 million – 1.9 million

Distribution

In addition to self-distribution across our immediate region, we have a distribution network of trusted partners to expand our reach across the Upper Midwest. Please contact John (john@ferndalemarket.com) for distribution options.

Business Experience

We provide our Ferndale Market turkey to retailers, restaurants, meat processors, and foodservice accounts, and would be happy to explore a partnership with you. We offer ready-to-cook and fully-cooked products, in both retail-ready and bulk pack options.
