Minnesota’s first estate distillery and the only certified Bee Friendly Farm distillery in America. We farm single varietal ryes and heirloom corns for our rye and bourbon whiskies; we also make 3 styles of gin and 3 different rums. We are a 4x Good Food Awards winner, our rum has been named Top 100 Spirits by Wine Enthusiast.

Business Experience

Mike Swanson, farmer and distiller at Far North, is a fourth generation farmer; we farm 150 acres of rye and corn and practice regenerative farming techniques to ensure soil quality. We have been in the business for 10 years and sell into 15 states.
