We sell to BernBaums, Great Bagel, and Blue Hill and Stone Barns in New York. We can ship pallets, semi-loads, or small orders direct across the US. We are the farmers not repackers! We also have a line of malted barley, oats and sprouted wheat for breweries. Certified organic products include: Rolled oats, rye berries, wheat berries, sprouted wheat, sprouted rye, malted barley, malted oats, sprouted buckwheat, buckwheat berries, oat groats, pearled barley. We have been on the farm for six generations & seven years selling direct to restaurants, schools, & food hubs. We have provided high end products to 5 & 4 star restaurants as well as grains to bakeries & food cooperatives. We sell to restaurants with James Beard Award Winners as chefs. We offer tours on the farm to chefs & staff as well as hands-on learning. We have exported as well as nationally provided ingredients. We sell our flours to bakeries & bagel shops, as well as the whole grains for milling.
