We raise high quality angus beef with two calving herds, both spring and fall, to supply our customers with high quality beef year round. No antibiotics, hormones, and aged 2 weeks for supreme tenderness and flavor. Processed in a USDA or Mn State inspected facility.

Distribution
Our distribution is primarily in central Minnesota at this time. We deliver direct to restaurants and attend the Alexandria farmers market on Saturdays during the season.
Business Experience
We have been in the cattle business for almost 40 years and raise our cattle in the best clean and safe environment. Most are grain finished, but we do offer grass fed hamburger also. We have always sold quarters and halves, but decided to get a food handlers license and offer individual cuts and more products with our beef added.
