Small veteran-owned family farm producing meat through sustainable and regenerative farming practices. Specializing on food quality and nutritional content supplied directly to end consumers, schools, hubs, and local restaurants. Beef and pork raised on 250-acre farm in Cannon Falls, MN Breeds of beef include Black Angus, Simmental, Shorthorn, and Akaushi (Wagyu). Swine focus breeds include Berkshire and Duroc heritage breeds. Broiler chickens available pre-order only.

Distribution

Can ship direct from USDA-inspected processing facility or from a freezer warehouse depending on order size and frequency. All orders are custom cut and processed to desired specifications. Typical minimum order is 1000 lbs finished product. This can be adjusted based on location.

Business Experience

Selling direct to consumers for 8 years, farming for 20 plus years. Looking for new partnerships with MN schools with a goal of selling all meat produced direct to end consumers and avoid middleman markups.
