Enjoy this summertime favorite all year long with this freezer corn recipe from Home & Harvest.

Ingredients:

16 cups of raw corn cut from the cob

1 quart cold water

1/2 c. sugar

4 teaspoons of salt (use regular table salt, not canning salt)

Freezer corn recipe!!

Directions:

Start by husking and rinsing your corn.  Once cleaned, cut the raw corn from the cob.  Combine corn, water, sugar and salt and bring to a boil.  Boil corn for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let cool enough to handle.  Place the desired serving amount of corn in a freezer bag of your choice.  Lay flat to finish cooling and immediately place in the freezer.  Corn will keep up to 12 months in the freezer.
