January Pick of the Month Newsletter

January 7, 2015 by Danielle Daugaard

Winter has just begun but that doesn’t mean you can’t find respite from the chilly weather and enjoy the fruits of the season! Get your New Year’s Resolutions off to a running start by purchasing a share from a Minnesota Grown CSA farm or buying meat products like bison and pork from a local producer. Get Out & Go Local even when the temperature dips into the negatives by visiting a winter farmers market or greenhouse and nursery to take advantage of a winter oasis, then warm up with a cup of cocoa and a white chocolate peppermint cookie. Find it all in the January Pick of the Month!
