These are the photos that appear at the bottom of your listing, great for featuring products, people, and behind-the-scenes peeks. You can have up to six gallery photos. They must be free from watermarks, logo, or any graphic or text alteration. The website will automatically crop gallery photos to be square. If you want them cropped a certain way, please crop to square before uploading.

Photos must be free from watermarks, logo, or any graphic or text alteration. You can upload up to six images, as long as the total size of all files does not exceed 175MB per form submission.

License, Waiver, and Release:
In exchange for having my photo (the Submission) reviewed and possibly published on/in one or more Minnesota Grown and Minnesota Department of Agriculture websites, social media accounts, or print materials, and without further consideration or compensation, I acknowledge and affirm the truth of the following:

• I represent that the Submission is my own original work, that I am the sole and exclusive rights holder of the Submission, and that I have the right to submit the Submission and grant the permissions provided hereunder.
• I represent and warrant that the Submission does not infringe upon any intellectual property, proprietary, privacy, personal, or any other right of a third party.
• I irrevocably and perpetually grant Minnesota Grown (MNGrown) and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) the right to reproduce, use, copy, alter, publish, display, and distribute the Submission as they deem appropriate, including publication in MNGrown and MDA literature, marketing and promotional materials, websites, and social media accounts.
• I expressly waive and agree not to assert any intellectual property rights that I have or may have in the Submission.
• I fully release, indemnify, hold harmless, and agree to defend MNGrown and the MDA as well as their employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, allegations, suits, damages, costs, or liabilities which result from MNGrown and the MDA’s use of the Submission, whether those claims are based in statute or common law. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for: copyright infringement, trademark infringement, invasion of privacy including appropriation and right to publicity, defamation, and fraud.
• I am at least 18 years old.
• I have all rights and authority necessary to grant the rights, releases, indemnifications, and waivers contained in this License, Waiver, and Release.
• I agree that the terms of this License, Waiver, and Release shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, and that any dispute in connection with the Submission shall be brought in state or federal courts of Minnesota.
