We offer a healthy red meat. We sell farm raised elk meat by the quarter, half, whole or individual cuts. We also offer packaged snack meats, & brats/hotdogs. Our elk are raised on a non-hormone feed. We are free of CWD (level 6) & TB accredited by the State of MN Animal Health.
