100% grass-fed beef directly to our customers. Our prairie-fed beef spend their entire lives on rich pastures here in central MN. Flavor is bright, robust, and tender. Our farm is blessed with nutrient dense soils, a diverse salad bar of grasses and humanely raised Devon-Angus cattle. We avoid added hormones, pesticides, herbicides or other chemicals. All our beef is locally processed. Located near Long Prairie. We process beef year round.
