At Minnesota Made, our specialty is two products: all-natural maple syrup and authentic wild rice. Our maple syrup is a local product–we gather the sap by hand, boil it, finish it, filter it and bottle it right here in Grand Rapids. Our wild rice is also a local product. We hand-harvest our wild rice by canoe on lakes and rivers near Grand Rapids. It is then wood-fire parched and finished on the Leech Lake Indian Reservation in Cass Lake.
