Embarrass is known as the “Cold Spot” of Minnesota. Our growing season averages 72 days a year but we still manage to produce a variety of fruits and vegetables! I sell chicken eggs (organic fed hens), starter plants, seasonal produce, jams & jellies, pickles, salsa, bread, fruit leather, sewn goods and more! I’ll be offering pop-up homestead shares in 2026 which usually include a mix of eggs, fresh produce and cottage foods. Coming Soon: A farm store!
