Embarrass is known as the “Cold Spot” of Minnesota. Our growing season averages 72 days a year but we still manage to produce a variety of fruits and vegetables! I sell chicken eggs (organic fed hens), starter plants, seasonal produce, jams & jellies, pickles, salsa, bread, fruit leather, sewn goods and more! I’ll be offering more pop-up homestead shares in 2024 which include fresh produce and cottage foods. I can accept SNAP EBT for eligible products.
