We grow Haskap, AKA Honeyberries. Our markets are wineries, cideries, meaderies, and jam. The fruit tastes like a cross between a blueberry and a blackberry-sweet and tart. (And it’s a super-food!) Our two varieties are Boreal Beauty, and Boreal Beast. They are eviscerated at harvest and immediately frozen in 40lbs buckets–ready for our markets or jam.
