DeeJ & family grow cut flowers & specialty veggies on our 20-acre farm near Minnetonka HS. Varieties chosen for flavor, color, heirloom or unique: Japanese eggplant & Lebanese summer squash (cousa). Filet beans, tomatoes, herbs, garlic/garlic scapes, mizuna, sunchokes, & purple potatoes & beans. Cut flowers for weddings/bouquets/events: peonies, lilies, dahlias, & sunflowers.
