County Road Cattle

Got Beef? We do! County Road Cattle is a cow calf operation in southern Minnesota. Our cattle are pasture raised and corn fed. Processed beef is available to purchase as ground beef and cuts by the pound, quarters, halves or whole beef. We work with local butchers allowing you to individualize your cutting instructions.
