We are fruit growers dedicated to local/sustainable foods & ecological farming along the North Shore of Lake Superior. We turn our harvest into wine, then add our own mother-culture of acetobacteria to transform each artisanal batch into fruity, healthy, live-cultured vinegar flavored with MN Grown herbs and honey.
