Climbing Stump Farm raises Scottish Highland Cattle for breeding and beef. Highland cattle are known for being tender, finely marbled and nutritious. Our cattle are raised on pasture, hay and supplemented with soybean hulls. We sell beef by the whole, half and quarter animal directly to consumers, as well as USDA processed cuts and hamburger.
