In 2012, we started making cheese in our kitchens. We loved how it tasted & realized we should share this with others! While we work on building our cheese plant, we are making our curds, queso fresco, cheddar, & gouda at the U of M. Each is made with locally sourced ingredients, ensuring quality & freshness.
