Our American Cornish cross broilers are free-roaming, raised without the use of antibiotics, growth stimulants, hormones, medications or animal by-products. We feed them a mixture of corn, soybeans, hay, vitamins & minerals. We also raise European-type chickens on pasture from Jun-Sep. We process our own poultry in our on-farm processing plant.
