Array of summer vegetables, including tomatoes, green peppers, yellow squash, eggplants, and garlic.

Betty’s Business is the most sustainable business in town. I sell produce, canned goods, and baked goods made with the fruits and vegetables I grow on my organic city lot. I use my feet, my wheelbarrow, and my Schwinn Hollywood as transportation. I use solar energy for processing and reused containers for selling.
