We market local beef and pork products that are pasture raised, but grain finished. Our pork products are raised unconfined and are heritage breeds. Our beef is grown naturally, and processed with a dry aging period (hung for 15 days). This means our beef product has amazing marbling and tremendous flavor. All our meat products are USDA inspected. We also, take our meat to the street with our Backstreet Market food trailer!
