The Crowded Table Farm Dinner at Haffner Family Farm

This dinner will feature products raised and grown by the Haffner Family Farm. This amazing family of 7 humanely raises high quality meat, beef, lamb and pork. They use sustainable and regenerative practices and are water quality certified. You can find Haffner’s farm to table meats at the Alexandria Farmers Market every Saturday morning or check out their website.

We will be serving dinner at Country Consignments in Rose City owned by Will Haffner’s parents just a mile from the family farm. A cool 1930’s barn that has been transformed into a consignment shop with over 30 craft vendors. You can find the coolest things in the most unusual places!

We will start with a tour of the Haffner’s farm and social hour followed by a four course dinner in the barn. Dinner will feature meats raised by the Haffner’s and other ingredients will be pulled in from other MN farms. 100% MN ingredients!
