At Cannon Valley Ranch, family is at the heart of everything we do. Owned and operated by Bruce, LeeAnn, Taylor, and Aaron Waugh, we take pride in raising premium Angus and Akaushi (Wagyu) cattle. Our focus is simple: “an exceptional eating experience.” We sell our beef directly from the ranch through our farm store, website, Rochester Farm Mt, & select restaurants. We distribute our beef year-round, with our primary service area covering Southeast Minnesota and the Twin Cities metro. We offer weekly deliveries to the Twin Cities, Rochester, and communities along the Highway 52 corridor.
Business Experience
Weve been farming and ranching with beef cattle for over 40 years. For the past 15 years, weve marketed our beef directly to customers, expanding that effort in 2018. Over the last 5 years, weve also grown into wholesale marketing, supplying restaurants, grocery stores, and distributors. Today, we wholesale a full range of Angus and Wagyu (Akaushi) beef products, including ground beef, roasts, and steaks.
