Capra Nera Creamery produces goat cheese you’ll actually like! We focus on making raw milk goat cheeses with nuanced flavors but without the smelly buck taste. The creamery is located in the beautiful Driftless region in SE Minnesota. It is home to 35 milking does, 25 meat nannies, and over 100 baby goats during the spring kidding season. Our main cheese is an easy to eat cheddar/parmesan cross named Contadina – nutty, savory and with a cheddar pop.
