The majority of our ingredients are sourced in Minnesota, followed by our neighboring states. We prioritize our ingredients and the small farmers that we source from-so we strive to reduce our waste. Whole grain forward, our breads are all sourdough, made with over 65% whole grain flours, while our pastries are 50% or more whole grain. Our breads and pastries reflect seasonality in Minnesota while bringing in flavours and styles reminiscent of Europe.
