Our roots go back to the early 1900’s. Grandpa started fattening cattle on prairie grasses and grains of the mid-west along the Redwood River. Locally fed and processed, our hand selected beef, pork and lamb are available for wholesale, and in our retail store. We are known for our specialty smoked products and high quality cuts of meat.
