Hi we’re Tom and Trudi (a husband and wife team), making a delicious ghost pepper sauce that is sweet and finishes with the perfect combination of heat. We grow and harvest peppers from our garden in Northfield, the day the peppers ripen we start making our small artisan batches of sauce to create the freshest product available.
