We follow organic growing practices. Fresh produce is available on site as well as at weekly farmer’s markets in Nisswa and Brainerd. Produce available includes heirloom tomatoes, asparagus, rhubarb, garlic, onions, melons, broccoli, cabbage, our own specially developed variety of hydroponic lettuce and more.
