Redhead Creamery is a farmstead cheese operation based in central Minnesota. We focus on artisan cheddars, bloomy rind, washed rind and specialty cheeses. Producing around 50,000 lbs of cheese a year.

We can work directly with shipments via UPS. MN-Fortune MN. IL-Fortune Fish and Gourmet and Swanson Meats. No min/max at this time. We have a direct delivery service on the I-94 corridor from Sauk Centre, MN to Fargo, ND and Sauk Centre to Woodbury, MN every two weeks.

We have been selling cheese to the wholesale market the entirety of our 8+ years in business. We currently work with a distributor and approximately 50-70 direct wholesale customers. Delivering cheeses through UPS or our refrigerated Cheese Van.
