What is a Meadery? A meadery ferments honey into mead, aka honey wine. This ancient libation was made by the Vikings and is primarily crafted of honey but can also be infused with fruits & spices. Besides our family-owned meadery making hand craft mead on site, we also have a sit-down tasting room for enjoying a glass or flight of meads. Food, honey & merchandise also available.
