Pastured pork available by the whole and half hog each fall! Our hogs are raised on a certified organic corn/soy free diet (made from peas and barley) and lush pastures on our farmstead in southeastern Minnesota. Through a partnership with an organic vegetable farm, our pigs also feast on thousands of pounds of culled produce like squash, melons, and tomatoes which gives our pork an incredible depth of flavor.
