Clear Spring Farm is home to Royal & Trim Tibetan Yak. Yak produce fiber (wool) that is very luxurious & considered exotic. It has similar qualities like cashmere. We sell raw fiber in the spring & processed roving/yarn in the fall. Our yak also provide us with nutritious & delicious meat that is low in fat, & high in protein & flavor. Ground yak meat, steaks & roasts available until sold out.
